What happened
During a Twin Cities immigration enforcement surge, Good was in an SUV stopped sideways in the street. Video from bystanders and Ross’s own cellphone shows officers ordering her out and pulling on the door; she briefly reversed, then moved forward and right into traffic. Ross fired from near the front-left of the vehicle, killing her. The shooting sparked national protests and competing claims about self-defense versus unjustified force against a motorist.
Resistance to arrest
